"Prepare to fall hopelessly in love because llamas are majikally irresistable!" - Chelle Rogers

A llama wants little out of life:

 a group of good friends
 a patch of tasty grass
and time to think of a way to
     remove ticklish strands of hay

Dictionaries will tell you that a llama is:

"a South American ruminant, Lama glama, kept as a beast of burden and for its soft woolly fleece"

or

"a woolly animal of the camel family used as a beast of burden in South America"

but people who keep llamas use words like "magical", "enchanting", and "mystical" to describe these creatures.
They say that they are more intelligent than dogs and probably as clever as dolphins.
When you've spoken to a few llama-people you start to think that there must be something very special about these unusual animals.

Let's find out more!
